What is the DHL tracking number and where can I find it?

The tracking number or ID. is a combination of numbers (it can also have letters) that allows you to uniquely identify your shipment for national or international tracking.

Who provides me with the tracking number of the package I am waiting for?

product purchased through an online store. The seller usually includes this information in the shipping confirmation email for your order.
If you don’t have your ID. or tracking number should contact the sender or the online store.

When is my shipment tracking information available?

Tracking events are available 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number. You can view status updates as soon as shipments arrive at DHL Express facilities.

Can I track my shipment if I don’t have a tracking number?

You better contact the sender of your shipment and request the tracking number. However, if you have other shipment reference numbers, they may work if you use the shipment tracking systems of the specific business unit that is handling the shipment in question:

Why doesn’t my ID work? or tracking number?

Make sure you entered your tracking number correctly and if it doesn’t work, contact the sender or the online store that supplied it. If you still have problems you can contact customer service.
